He joined the Scheme in November 2016 and is the Senior Property Officer. He heads the Property Department and is responsible for providing strategic leadership in the management, development, and optimization of the Scheme's real estate portfolio. His role encompasses property investment strategy, property management, valuation oversight, project evaluation, and ensuring that the property portfolio contributes to the Scheme's long-term investment objectives and sustainable growth. With over 17 years of professional experience in the real estate industry, he has built extensive expertise across property valuation, property management, real estate investment appraisal, feasibility studies, and strategic property advisory.

Prior to joining the KenGen Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme, he served as the Head of the Property Department at Actuarial Services (E.A.), where he led property valuation, investment advisory, and property management assignments for institutional and private clients. Earlier in his career, he worked at Prestige Management Valuers Ltd as a Senior Valuer and Property Manager. He holds a Master of Arts in Valuation and Property Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Land Economics, both from the University of Nairobi. He is a Registered and Licensed Valuer (Valuers Registration Board), Registered and Licensed Estate Agent (Estates Agents Registration Board) and Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (MISK).
