He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He was appointed to the Board of Trustees in 2017 as a member elected trustee. 

He holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Labour Management Relations, Bachelor of Arts (B.A) Degree (Hons). He is well versed in energy, human resources and labour matters, having worked for The Kenya Power and Lighting Company PLC and KenGen PLC for 17 years. 

He is the General Secretary of the Kenya Electrical Trades & Allied Workers Union (KETAWU) a position he has held for the past 17yrs.
