He is the Senior Finance Officer and Head of the Finance Department at the KenGen Staff Retirement Benefits Scheme (KSRBS), a role he has held since joining the Scheme in March 2022. He brings over 15 years of progressive experience in financial management, accounting, taxation, risk management, internal controls, budgeting, and audit — spanning both the pensions and manufacturing sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Education (Accounting, Commerce and Economics) from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (Finance Option), also at the University of Nairobi. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA-K) and a member in good standing of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK). In 2025, he further strengthened his governance and compliance credentials by completing the Certified Trustee course and a Data Protection course.

Prior to joining KSRBS, Nicodemus served as a Financial and Management Accountant at CPF Financial Services and as Cost and Management Accountant at New KCC Ltd, gaining broad exposure to financial control and cost management across diverse organizational environments.
