He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees. He was appointed to the Board of Trustees as a sponsor nominated trustee in July 2023.

He is a seasoned Independent Business and Finance Consultant with over 40 years of multi-disciplinary strengths and experience in Business Investment Advisory, Banking, Finance, Treasury Management, Loan Negotiations and Agreements, Financial and Business Restructuring.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from the United States International University (USIU) and a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Nairobi.

He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Member of Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).

He is currently the Chairman of Spire Bank Kenya Limited and Director of Nairobi Hospice.
