She was appointed to the Board of Trustees in 2022 as a sponsor nominated trustee. She is a member of the Administration & Communication Committee and a member of the Audit & Risk Management Committee.

She holds a Masters in Business Administration, Human Resource Management Specialisation from University of Nairobi, a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Government and Public Administration from Moi University. She holds a higher national diploma in human resource management and she is a Certified Human Resource Professional from the College of Human Resource Management.She is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM).

She is currently the Administration Manager with KenGen PLC and initially served as a Chief Human Resource Officer.
