She joined the scheme on 5^th May 2025 as the Human Resources and Administration Officer in Charge of the HR and Administration Department. She has over 5 years’ experience in Human Resource , Ongoing Masters student in Business Psychology - University of East London, holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management - JKUAT. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional and a Professional Member of Institute of Human Resource Management(IHRM).  Renowned for her passion in creating HR Solutions that drive sustainable growth and support people to thrive, Mercy has earned  recognition in exceptional performance and contribution towards HR excellence in the year 2024. Prior to joining KenGen SRBS, Mercy served as an Assistant Manager – Compensation and Benefits at CIC Insurance Group PLC.
