NOTICE is hereby given that there is one (1) vacant Trustee position (Pensioners Representative Trustee) in the KenGen Staff Retirement Benefits scheme.

The vacancy arose following the expiry of the second term in office for Patrick Ndirangu Kimemia who is not eligible for election.

In order to manage the Scheme Administration Expenses, a candidate seeking election shall be limited to pensioners residing in Nairobi, or its neighboring environs which are Kiambu, Kajiado, and Machakos.

Pensioners who are interested to fill the position are invited to apply by filling Trustee Nomination Form and Fit & Proper Test Form available on the Scheme’s Website www.kengensrbs.co.ke. The forms can also be emailed to interested candidates upon request.

Interested candidates should fill out these forms by Friday,7th July 2023. The forms should be submitted via email to the CEO & Trust Secretary jmuriuki@kengensrbs.co.ke on or before 4.30 pm on the stated date.

Pensioners will be notified of the nominated candidates and the date for election via SMS and other Scheme communication channels by 10th July 2023. The election will be held virtually. Guidelines on how to vote shall be shared on or before 17th July 2023.
