She was appointed to the Board of Trustees in September 2026 as a sponsor nominated trustee. She is the Chair of the Administration & Communication Committee and a member of the Audit & Risk Management Committee. Ms. Rebecca Kudate is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) degree from Moi University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
